Yes. Choose Connect to an existing Wattpulse. Use the same home Wi-Fi as the display and allow access when the app asks.
Not found? Tap Find display to search again. Use Connect manually to enter the display address shown on the phone that is already connected.
No light or repeated restarts? First check that the P1 plug is fully inserted and clicks into place. Older meters may supply too little power or none at all. Also connect the P1 to a suitable 5 V USB power supply. You will need an extra adapter and cable; the display keeps its own power supply.
Flashing light? Check the P1 port, allow about two minutes and complete Wi-Fi setup. Steady green means Wi-Fi is connected and recent meter data has been received.
The OUT port is for a second P1 device. Leave it empty if you do not use one. A second device may need its own power supply.
If only P1 setup fails in the app, connect your phone to the temporary P1 network and open the local P1 setup page. This only works while you are connected to the P1.
View your energy locally and let Home Assistant control appliances when you have surplus electricity.

Go to Settings → Data → Create backup. Choose where to save the file.
On a new phone, first connect to the same Wattpulse system. Then choose Restore backup. Missing data is added without duplicating days.
The backup only includes history currently stored in the app. Set up any estimated monthly feed-in costs again on the new phone.
Go to Settings → Energy and rates → Feed-in costs. Choose per kWh, Per month (estimate) or Not known yet.
From the date you set it, the monthly amount appears separately in Insights, spread across the days. With “Not known yet”, the app shows that these costs are missing. Your final annual bill may differ.
Brightness: defaults to 95% during the day, 30% in the evening and 20% at night. Move a slider in the app to preview brightness. Tap Save to Display to save your choices. Live preview requires app build 29 or later and display version 0.1.76 or later. Swipe to Settings on the display and tap it when the app asks for the four-digit code.
Gas appears if your meter supplies gas data and gas is enabled in Wattpulse. Gas updates less often than electricity. History starts when the app begins collecting it.
Updates for the P1 and display arrive automatically, usually at night. Important updates may also run during the day. Keep power connected during updates. Update the app through the store or service you installed it from.
